Join us for a super healthy workshop to learn how to help your body adjust to the hot weather months
As we slowly move to the peak of summer, we start craving hydrating foods and lighter meals that are nutrient dense, fresh and cooling to balance the hot, dry and fast energy of the summer months.
This workshop includes everything you need to start your meal prep era and stay consistent to your health goals this season.

This practical workshop is a mix of delicious cooking and meal prep tips and tricks to help you get organized this season and keep your fridge stocked with nutritious meals.
Summer produce is meant to be eaten in the summer! We’ll show you how to take advantage of the current harvest and its benefits.
Come learn with us and take home a full set of skills to make meal prep at home easy and nourishing.
This workshop has been intentionally designed based on nutrition knowledge and cooking experience by Chef and Holistic Nutritionist Josefa Castro (CNP).
What you will learn
- How to meal plan and make a waste free grocery list.
- How to prepare and process your ingredients for time efficient meal prepping.
- How to organize your fridge to make the most out of the space available to you.
- How to cook delicious recipes using seasonal produce.
- How to take advantage of local products.
- How to use summer ingredients to nourish your body.
- How to package and store fresh produce and prepared food to last longer.
What you will take home
- A Wild and Bloom Apron.
- A printed copy of ‘Summer Meal Prep Guide’ by Wild Bloom Bcn, recipes included.
- A three day meal prep package prepared by you (Includes lunch, snack and dinner for three days).
- A digital photo album of the experience.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes and shoes to wear.
- A resistant bag or trolley big enough to transport your meal prep home.
- Tupperware of your choice to package your food.
Specifications
- x 6 Rectangular Tupperware Containers (500ml – 1 lt)
- x 3 Rectangular Tupperware Containers (250ml)
- Transporting bag should be big enough and resistant enough to carry all of your Tupperware ( approximate weight of 4 – 5 kgs)
- We recommend glass containers, if you don’t have any you can purchase them with us, just let us know when you save your spot.

*All recipes in this menu are Gluten and Dairy Free.
*Menu items can be replaced by request for vegetarian, vegan participants and people with allergies.
